ea. Out of. Garbage! How many times did I use it before it broke? zero times. I have had to use this headset many times. I tried to put it on and the cheap plastic headband snapped like a twig.

the price was right - none of these headsets seem solid - this one had the plastic part covering the mic falling off - i put it back on - the headset worked - me bought two of these - they each came in their own box - I think they shook when they arrived from China and were scattered on delivery - can't complain about the price - would buy them again

Callers can't hear me well, some can't hear me at all. No microphone settings. It's not an issue with the laptop/windows 10 settings, I tested it on my phone and the sound is just as bad. Bought because of the long cable. I thought no headset could be worse than my $6 headphones with a mic, but I was wrong. I went back to earplugs with a short cord. Spend a little more money for a decent headset and save yourself the hassle.

I use it in my home office. It has a long cord that doesn't get tangled. The sound quality is really great. People can hear me very well. I like the release feature on the cable. I just press the button and the call is disconnected. It is important to have a comfortable headset. After a while, most headsets will damage the ear, even if it has padding. I wear this headset for hours and forget it's on. I am very happy with it and will buy the same model for my other office.

Absolutely bad quality. Bought 2 of these based on other reviews. Very disappointed in both. The mouthpiece should be placed directly in front of your mouth, close to your lips so the people on the other end of the line can hear you. Pretty badly done. I bought three of these and NONE fit! The piece opposite the speaker on the crown holder of the head has broken off, JUST TRY PUTTING IT ON! Didn't use them right away since I've been out of town for a while so can't return them now; but I would return it as a SHOT if I could! Great headset, works with both Adnroid phones I have. Interestingly, this is the same headset as the Panasonic KX-TCA60, but with a 3.5mm plug. The received sound quality is excellent. Outgoing is good, but the mic gain is VERY VERY high. It easily catches your breath and pretty much everything else. You can move it away from your face, but then you'll get more background noise. The caller sound quality I hear is excellent and everyone has reported good quality based on what they hear . The cord is long enough to keep the phone in your pocket during a call, which is nice too. The only complaint is that they are very tight and adjusting the headgear doesn't change that.
