The acrylic glass on the back of the first watch ordered fell out. I received a replacement before I returned the defective one. It's been mine ever since and I use it every day. Like all mechanical watches, they need to be wound and adjusted daily, but I find this moment in their enforced ritual beautiful. Five stars. Good watch Great customer service to share.
