This unit has a couple of issues that kill the deal, starting with the manual. The words are English but it will be VERY difficult for an English speaker to understand their meaning. The overall construction of the recorder is "cheap" and the method of setting timestamps is practically useless. I think the most annoying problem is the SD card connector. There is a greater than 50/50 chance that the card you are trying to insert will actually fall into the device. Then you need to find a very small screwdriver and open the case to get it out. Let this be a warning to all who wish to get off cheaply.
