This cup warmer will come in handy this coming winter. When used, only the middle part of the circle heats up. So don't worry if you burn your finger. It gets warm from heat transfer, so I don't think a plastic cup will do. I like to drink tea, but the tea gets cold when it sits. A great product for me!
