From time to time a fuse in a small power source blows and people throw the whole item away. Almost every time it's just a blown fuse and power supplies use these little fuses. My laptop power supply failed and a new one cost over $150. I opened the case and saw that the fuse had blown. The hardware store charged $7 for TWO fuses. For a few dollars more I got this collection of fuses.
