Very disappointed with this watch I have to say more about the customer service which made me go through emails to return this watch. It does not load. I bought a second charging station because I thought the charger wasn't working. The support team treated me like an idiot. Do that, do that. I've tried everything. I was very bruised at the time of purchase as they gave me a run. When the 4-5 email response arrived I was ill to leave home and missed my 30 day return as I fight for my life and health. I dismissed it as a loss and experience and am slowly paying for these broken watches. As a disabled person with a low income, this is bad. I also don't understand the hype surrounding watches as they are not at all what I thought they would be. I've been gifted others that were much cheaper but much, much more. a better plus that works since i have it. Good thing, it is very comfortable to wear. Nice to look at. The dials are boring. Most good clocks in the shop are foreign, so date/time/temp etc are disabled.
