What a joke. Shame about this company. I was so pissed that I accidentally bought an almost exact filter 2 months in advance because I missed a letter. CFF25-10 clearly does not filter metals. CFF2E-10 does. Both filters have the same purple color and the difference is a letter/number. Such a different filter shouldn't look or sound the same as a lower quality filter. To be honest, this worst should be stopped. The number one reason people buy water filters is to reduce metal levels! They buy this to add fluoride filtration - they don't want to lose the filtration of other things! I hope I haven't poisoned my family for 6 months. Looking at another brand due to their inattentiveness and slight confusion.
