The product arrived fairly quickly, nothing was damaged but personally I will never buy it again. I painted my sister's nails with polygel, definitely a lot harder than what is pictured. When you put the nail cap on it rises creating bubbles and when you press on it all the gel oozes out the sides leaving a thin layer of gel on the nail. So I tried buying nail tips and just putting poly gel on it, it doesn't spread evenly, adding more gel makes it clumpy. The UV lamp does not cure the gel very well even if left for a long time, especially if you have a lot of gel on the nail, making it difficult to work and level. My sister's nails broke the next day. The top coat polish leaves an odd feeling of a finish that doesn't shine. All in all I wouldn't buy it again, I've been making my sister's hands for hours and have been quite difficult.
