Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like everything, the quality is good, the price is acceptable.

It is not apparent which way the disk should be oriented; it will not operate in a gaming System due to the slow speed, but in other situations, 5400 rpm is desirable due to the little vibration and noise it produces. HOWEVER - he has a strong track record of success, so 4. Uptime of 21,000 hours with zero reported issues is a definite plus. The case required that it be kept vertically fixed the entire time, thus it did. The uptime is NOT continuous; the disk itself is five years old, which means that it has been turned on and off frequently; - Quiet. No, absolutely no jokes, and complete silence; wdidle3 is functional when the temperature is below 35 degrees Fahrenheit (I cannot recall the exact temperature) and the disk is not being cooled in any way. Even if the disk is frequently parked, I do not consider this to be a drawback due of the contribution made by wdidle3. Use it once and then forget about it. Read-write speed of 140 MB/s at the beginning; for a 7200 rpm disk, this is ridiculous; however, newer revisions appear to work faster. Has some drawbacks; read-write speed of 140 MB/s at the beginning (I have 75M2NA0). At the same time, the speed does not significantly decrease at the end of the disk; rather, the minimum is 90 MB, which is how it should be.
