The software has helped us in many ways - from understanding client needs better than any other platform out there (as per surveys), allowing for more effective customer service by giving insights into how well each channel of communication works with clients; it's also given me an insight about my own performance as far marketing goes! It would be helpful if they could add some customisation features like adding multiple email addresses or phone numbers under one account so I don't have duplicate entries etc.; however this isn’t something which should hold up their development process but rather just make sense at all levels within management/leadership team who are running campaigns through these platforms i guess? Also being able view reports across different channels e g social media vs emails helps understand where customers prefer communicating & what kind messages get results best too help target them accordingly when creating next campaign planings-all very useful tools indeed!!
