Awesome Analytics Software that Goes Beyond Just Statistics

Nexidia is a great company to deal with. Their team is very receptive and helpful. They are always available to answer questions and provide suggestions and feedback. The analytics we've experienced have been very useful. I had no issues with Nexidia's analytics and reporting. That's a huge plus. Nexidia has made it easy for us to see and understand the data we need to make informed decisions. I like how easy it was for me as an employee of this organization who works remotely from afar…

The software has helped us in many ways - from understanding client needs better than any other platform out there (as per surveys), allowing for more effective customer service by giving insights into how well each channel of communication works with clients; it's also given me an insight about my own performance as far marketing goes! It would be helpful if they could add some customisation features like adding multiple email addresses or phone numbers under one account so I don't have…
