I love the technology and this scale is just beautiful.

So I weigh myself quite a bit every morning. Do I go into hibernation (aka winter) and gain extra pounds (oops) or do I go into summer and lose them (hooray). I have had a digital scale for a number of years and am very happy with it; However, you always have to try a new technology. Innotech scales are Bluetooth scales that have an associated phone app. I have an Android and my daughter has an iPhone. Both apps on each platform work flawlessly. Bluetooth pairing. It was very easy. Please note that you are not using your phone's normal pairing. The app has its own pairing feature and helps keep track of who's who. You must be logged into your profile and running the app at the time of weighing. The nice thing is that until you change your profile to someone else in the family, the last used one will always load. So you don't have to make your own decisions every time. Super light. Size. The size corresponds exactly to my previous scale (see photo). Fits perfectly in our bathroom and looks great. User friendliness. You just take your phone, download the app and step on the scale. It only takes a second to get your weight, and then it takes about 20 seconds for the scale to get your BMI and other metrics. By the way, I recommend stepping on it first thing in the morning right before you shower to reach your best weight. You will be the easiest. ;-) ApplicationThis is where the product comes to life. Data. There are various data points plus your weight. You have BMI, protein, bone mass, body fat, water, BMR, visceral fat, and muscle. For each of them you can see trend lines over time. 7 days, 4 weeks and 12 months. It's a lot easier than entering your weight into the app every day. We've all been through that. No longer. integrations. There are several points worth paying attention to. There is an integration with Fitbit to send data to this app, as well as an integration with Google Fit. While I can't speak for the Apple platform, it would be nice to be able to send data to Samsung Health. That being said, there's a sync app that I can use to send my Samsung health data to Google Fit so I can see everything in one place. In a nutshell. Innotech sends data to Google Fit, Samsung Health sends data to Google Fit. So I get all data about me (scales + hours) in one place. Overall everything works great and compared to my previous weights I am 0.2 kg lighter. I will take it.
