Buyer Warning! Not a reputable company to deal with.

The product broke after less than 2 weeks of use. I sent a photo of the breakup and they claim they need more photos as proof. I work out of country and now have to wait until February when I come back to get my refund because they don't believe me? Don't worry the material is terrible and flimsy.
