delivery was as expected and came well packaged. Upon opening I can say that the quality is not very good. One side was torn off because the nails didn't hold. There are also spots where the treetop (inside the bunker) is cracked and protruding. Fixing both was easy enough, but it should have pointed out my next problem: The screw holes are misaligned by a full 1/2 inch. One side is flush with the crossbar, while the upper basket protrudes backwards on the other. This means that this block will not be completely flush with the wall. It's close and looks good enough, but for the price I'm disappointed. I'm still debating whether to return it or just use it for the kids toy kitchen.
