I bought this and took a size up for my 9 year old but when it arrived it was still too small . It fits his leg, but he won't be wearing much. Also, he's quite tight because he complains that he sometimes pinches his toes. And he doesn't have huge legs. I think it's made for kids with narrow feet because of all the shoes we bought this summer this is the only one that doesn't fit. I love the style and the look.
