This raincoat is definitely made of durable material. My only complaint is that the chat size is a bit off. I took all measurements prior to purchase and my dog was measured on the lower end of the medium size range. As I thought she measured the lowest I figured she would be fine with the medium but she is only good for barley. I was able to put it on her, but it's a little tight. I can't close the chest buttons. It seems like a great product but I would definitely buy a size up
