This is an amazing portable bluetooth speaker for its size and price! This point refers to the position of the speaker. The sound comes from the bottom of the speaker. So unless you put it face down (if you're walking against a soft surface like a towel) it sounds terribly muffled and of poor quality. Flipping the speaker seems to fix this issue, but the only problem is that the touch controls aren't easily accessible. I'm not sure there's an easy fix to this speaker quality issue, but if you don't mind tilting the control speaker against the surface, no problem. I also couldn't pair the device with my Alexa app. Again, this may be user error, but I was unable to sync to my Alexa app/devices despite trying all the troubleshooting steps. To sum it up, it's easy to turn on and off and pair with your electronic device. Small, portable, with good sound (upside down) and overall good value for money.
