Great wiring harness but switch indicator no longer works

I liked the wiring harness. It is very easy to install and connect and is just long enough to reach the fog lights I have installed on my Chevy. But the main downside and reason for the three stars is that the LED on the rocker switch no longer works. It worked the first three times I turned off the light, but after that it stopped. When I turn off the light, it flickers when the switch toggles from off to on or off, but doesn't stay on. When it worked, it was bright enough to be seen in daylight. 4 stars except for the broken switch.
