I used the old version of the same label printer at a previous employer for many years and loved it. When I recently launched one of these, I immediately thought of this model and was glad that it was updated with more features without increasing the price. Many colored tapes are available, some of which have specific uses such as: B. Protective tape and super tape for outdoor use. I prefer white laminate, I use it outdoors in places like electrical boxes/panels and they last a year or more even in the sun. Replacing the tape in the labeler takes 5 seconds, simply turn the unit over, pull it out again, pull out the old cassette and insert a new/partially used one. Nothing to calibrate, rotate or play around with. I set the margins low to protect the tape as they are preset to the maximum value. (Convenient) It uses 6 AAA batteries, I went with rechargeable ones and it works great.
