This is STPP and it's a cleaning supplement for me so I won't consider it at a lab level for non-clinical purposes as it's perfect for my use. I appreciate packaging that is practical, durable and not as common in dry chemical retail quantities. I have experience manufacturing specialty chemicals and have used similar packaging for bulk chemicals of similar composition many times. Economical for the manufacturer and convenient for the end user. Holes in plastic bags and similar packaging are annoying and in most cases leak everywhere after a while. I will probably become a regular customer.
