I was expecting them to replace my round tip nail scissors. The description mentions rounded tips and also says they are curved, but they are perfectly straight. I like the blunt end (rounded) for trimming my nails because I tend to poke myself and that helps. I like the round tip and it's the same as my other scissors. Sharp inside, rounded outside. But they are not curved to follow the shape of my claw. ears. I also prefer the curved shape, but I can live with these scissors. It's a good price but they feel a bit bulky and not quite what I expected. If they were bent I would give them 4 stars.
