Review on Igus RJ4JP 01 08 Printer Bearing Replacement by Robert Moloney

Bought to replace the linear bearings on my Anet A6. Once everything is set up, it works great. The only problem is that it's awfully hard to get it working. It's almost unacceptable. Even slight misalignment will cause things to get stuck and difficult to move. I tried really a lot for a couple of days but in the end I couldn't even tighten the slides to the bed frame because no matter how tight I tightened them there was a little misalignment and the bed wouldn't move (even then tried turning the entire guide back and forth). to move here). Now release the slides. make bad vibration sounds. Really drives me insane. I'm considering going back to the original bearings. Maybe it's my printer's problem, but for me it made more noise and less smooth movements.
