I bought these to add some dynamism to my lap swim. I can put them on and focus on training my upper body to get through the pool. I bought the extra large ones and they are a bit big and the large ones were a bit small. I don't mind that they are a bit big. Functionally they work well and I can feel the difference in both speed and effort when using them. bright. The Velcro on my wrist starts to bother me after just a few weeks. I don't go in and out of the pool with them and just take care when putting them on and off and that seems to reduce wear and tear. I give this 4 stars for the issue I mentioned and ultimately I think I would buy them again.
