The black toner didn't fit in the printer - the seller fixed it.
UPDATED: The seller has contacted you and offered a replacement or refund to compensate for the black toner cartridge issue. Nice to see that the seller stands behind the product. The color toner cartridges worked perfectly, so I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The black toner was not compatible with the printer and was not recognized by the printer.
