Review on πŸ‹ Sagaform Citrus Squeezer Deluxe by Ericka Montoya

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Too small, had to return.

I have somewhat mixed feelings about this juicer because I love the simple, clean design, the smoothness and strength of porcelain and really wanted it to become a busy part of my kitchen arsenal. However, I have a small kitchen and I live to cook and I use a lot of citrus fruits. I won't keep anything in my small kitchen that isn't extremely functional, durable and easy to clean. This juicer failed on two of those three counts. Horror to find half an orange plus my hand was too big for the juicer cavity. Only the top part of the juicer is above the level of the bowl, and of course to squeeze the juice properly you have to grab half of the orange firmly, press down and squeeze, but the bowl is so narrow that that's impossible. At least for me. Second, the bowl has a small hole in the bottom. I understand that this item is cast porcelain but I am concerned that it will soak up some water in the dishwasher and the thought of dirty water in the juicer and sometimes a dirty drip dripping god knows where in my kitchen an annoying thought. Of course. I could hand wash and it's such a nice juicer that despite my "easy to clean" claim I probably would. If it worked. I have a lever lemon and lime squeezer, but oranges don't fit in mine. If a juicer can't squeeze the juice out of an orange quickly and easily, then it's useless to me. To be honest I have long narrow arms for a 5ft 11in woman. It might work better for you than for me. Coming back to that, he takes one last lingering look at his smooth, smooth, beautiful body, but he doesn't regret it because he just wasn't doing his job.

Pros
  • Dishwasher safe
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
