Mount it on the windshield, plug it in and turn it on. So many variable settings to keep me cool and the air moving. My truck had a refrigerant leak but they refuse to pay for the repair. So I use that regularly to keep the air circulating on me. It is excellent for this effect and helps control sweating. I can adjust the airflow just right. The speed controller is definitely PWM controlled as I do hear fan noise at lower speeds but that doesn't bother me.
