Whether or not it is related to my type II diabetes, my legs seem to get stiff and cramp at night. These socks were a godsend! Sometimes I wear them around the house for an hour or two and then put them on before bed. I sometimes take them off at night - usually within four hours of putting them on - but my legs still don't give me the usual problems for the rest of the night. So far I haven't found them too warm to wear at night despite the warmer months and I think they will bring joy in the colder months. I don't have big bones, and I sincerely believe that such socks will NOT "cure" this disease. But if you just feel like your legs need to stretch for a while, give these socks a try.
