I'll be back in 30 days to post photos and a full review but I'd like to speak to customer service and give my first thoughts on the packaging. Customer service is phenomenal! It arrived quickly and as stated. The packaging is great and not too bulky (yes, that's important to me), inside was a nice thank you note with positive affirmation stickers. Definitely a nice gesture. It is SUPER comfortable to use and does not cause irritation after 3 days of use. It's easy to apply and as simple as using eyeliner or mascara. The component is slim and easy to handle. I'm not a fan of false eyelashes so I wanted to give it a try. I look forward to sharing my thoughts but for now 5 stars for everything!
