*MUST BUY* I am a psychiatrist, due to the COVID19 pandemic we have switched our services to telemedicine. I would be completely exhausted after only 3 clients, I literally felt mentally exhausted. I kept thinking about influencing factors, about change in general (okay, but I'm good with change), and then there was the screen all day. Also, I thought that a lot of the therapy not being implemented is reading the expression, which I may have been concentrating on through the screen, which may also have contributed. That being said, after installing it on my screen I forgot about it (because you can't see it once installed) and the next day I had an 8 hour workday on my screen and I still got it clearly ready to go. I was confused, maybe I just woke up in a completely different mood and then realized I was wearing this. I wasn't sure if that was all merit, but the next time I forgot what it was and again I wasn't exhausted. It's the only variable that has changed and it has fundamentally changed my life. I highly recommend this product and recommend it to my colleagues too!
