Didn't work :( I was very happy to try it all. In the battery compartment I see a little red light that won't turn off. I'm not sure what it means , except that there is some power.Will contact support and see what happens.EDIT: Didn't get a response from support But I decided to get a replacement and give it another chance as a refund or replacement.It was shipped quickly and arrived early.I plugged it in within the recommended time and the light flashed for about ten seconds.I decided to try my own charger just in case, and apparently I just got a bad charger., leave it Charged again for the recommended time and chose to leave it on. Definitely did NOT last 8 hours. It did take a lot not three. I haven't decided yet if I just want a refund instead.
