These shoes are perfect for what I use them for. Right now I'm basically a treadmill runner and run about 3 to 5 miles about 3 times a week. I always buy gummies because I had my gait analyzed at a running store and was told I'm an overpronator. I always buy wide. These shoes seem a bit wide in the toe area. And also a little tight around the rest of the foot. Several times I noticed a slight numbness of the little toe on the leg. I have to be careful not to tie too tightly to avoid this. They work well for my purposes, but I don't think I would use them for big half marathons or full marathons or longer runs. I got them pretty cheap too. I think I would have been more disappointed if I had paid full price.
