The support team behind this product is fantastic. They are very responsive and will respond until the issue is resolved. Respect Doris! Second, this device uses a cloud service to connect your smartphone or laptop to the camera. There is no setting here - either it works or it doesn't. Seems to be the only point of failure IMO. Given how cheap this kit is, I hope they have enough recurring revenue to keep the Revain web service running so we can access the device. If all else fails, I appreciate that their cameras use standard protocols and should work with other DVRs. This set is amazing. It's fast, dirty, gets the job done, and is cheap for the number of cameras you can install. Much more suitable for multi-site video surveillance. I could go on and on but yes this is a great setup for those familiar with DVRs. For those who don't, you can spend the same price on a ring or other brand and only get 1 or 2 cameras.
