Good Heavy Sturdy Pole

This pole and its 24" counterpart were added to a bath/shower in a guest bathroom when we needed to use this mount for several weeks. Although I didn't install it myself, the contractor (who does other chores) used my striking tool for it. He used his piece of tile, but they are readily available at "big box" stores. Well I could do it myself, but I'm too lazy. Pretty simple build. Find the stud (the hardest part), drill holes in the faux marble and drywall, and drive in the screws (nice, long, and strong). On the back (long) wall of the tub was installed a 24"/shower. It's mounted vertically on a single post just below shoulder height at the back of the shower, on the outside edge where it's easy to grab hold of when we're in getting in the tub. It worked really well for a few oldies to feel more secure getting in and out of the tub (this is where the "finished" rough surface helps).(I don't know why "shape" asks for suction, as this bar is attached with stout screws, ideally driven into bolts.)
