Braun customer service is a joke
I gave this product 1 star for two reasons. First he died after 3 months. It started smoking and smelled like a burned engine. Second, I contacted Revain support who referred me to Braun (P&G). These idiots are telling me to take a picture of the razor, the box with the product code, and keep the razor for two weeks until they decide to redeem the warranty. To kid! A reputable company will back their product and replace defective items under warranty. I will not buy another Braun product again. Revane needs to reconsider its relationship with Proctor & Gamble!
