Review on 💗 PP182 Pink Power Cordless Electric by Sean Zamora

EDIT TO ADD: THEY FIXED! :D After posting my review (below), I was contacted by a company representative who agreed that the batteries should last longer and wanted to replace them. However, they didn't have two batteries that would fit my drill because they made it new and the new batteries don't work. So they replaced the whole drill and "unfortunately for me" they also added a mini drill/screwdriver. The new drill is fantastic! The only thing I didn't like about the old one was the battery life, and this one has a lot of that. And there are a few new features with the new one that I like. It has a light (which turns on when the trigger is pulled) and a magnet in the base (which holds screws or bits). Cake. I can't say enough good things about the excellent customer service this company has provided. They sent a new one right after talking to me and the shipping info. I have absolutely no complaints about the new drill and am very pleased with the company's response. Five well-deserved stars! MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: This drill has plenty of power and torque. If it wasn't for the incredibly short battery life, I would give this drill five stars. But no battery life. Having a second battery is great except it doesn't hold a charge outside of the base. So, 9 times out of 10, if the one I'm using is dead, the extra battery will be dead too. Even if I plan ahead and charge both batteries before taking on a "big job" (e.g. hanging up a shelf!), I get very annoyed when I have to change the battery in the middle of a project. And often even two fully charged batteries are not enough to get the job done and I run to the workshop to get my husband's drill.
