Let SanDisk create a card reader with this thoughtful design. I love that the cover snaps into place (safe!) on both ends, even with an SD card in the reader! Seriously, how come not every card reader (and USB stick too) comes with a cover that attaches to the case so the cover doesn't get lost? It seems so simple to me, but it's one of the few card readers I've been able to find with this feature. The overall quality of the card reader is not bad (typical for SanDisk); The cards slip but don't feel loose, and the cap not only snaps in at both ends, but with a little "click" and authority. I bought two of these and they both read and write to different cards with no problem. They are thin at one end but wide; So you should consider how this reader will be oriented when plugged into your device and whether the square design will block other ports. I don't have these problems, but others may. In a word, I like this card reader.
