I was very happy with the offer and was able to install it quickly. The first thing I noticed was that the lengthening didn't make it 13.5 inches longer considering the built-in filter, but it was still big enough for comfortable use. The installation process was very simple, no tools and quality required. looks nice. I turned it on and found that the hand sprayer was leaking all over the seam in the sealed head. However, it was still usable and the leak was more annoying than anything. I contacted the seller and their customer service department was very responsive and went out of their way to fix everything.
