I am a massage therapist and was hoping to use them in my practice as a safer and easier alternative to traditional flame cupping and glass cupping treatments. In terms of suction power, they are on the weak side. I've noticed that they loosen up a bit with prolonged use. It's really nice to have so many size options and it's very easy to clean. So they have their pros and cons. They are great for home use as they leave no residue and are very easy to apply and peel off. For the price you can't go wrong, but if you're looking for extremely durable, therapy-grade cups, this isn't the best option. I would call them a starter kit.
