These are actually more fun to wear than I expected! The colored glass gives everything a blue filtered effect that is fun to look through. The faux magnafiers are a bit loose and tend to slide down but it was easily corrected.I did feel it was a little light on adornment so I hot glues a number of brass gears in various places to give it a more steampunk, mechanical look. I have had them sitting on a full sized skull the last few weeks and people seem to really like the look.

I was looking for a pair of steampunk goggles that were unique and seeing this listing, I decided to purchase them. The goggles come well packaged and they were of a high quality, but when I looked at the nose area, it was a plastic tube that covered a chain linking them together.I would not mind it if it was going to rest just on my head, but there are the few times where I like putting the goggles on and trying them on, it was not the most comfortable feeling. Love them. love them. love them. Did I mention I love them. They are super cute. The small debasefunction . So many small intricate details like the small glass pieces on the side actually magnify. I wasn't expecting that. I would definitely recomend these for cosrplay or just because.One more thing.Did I mention I love them. 😊 I wish they didn't have the elastic band to hold them in place, but instead normal arms like regular glasses.

They are cute. I hate the adjustable band being elastic it should have been made out if leather or the strap should have been solid black. For anyone who is purchasing steampunk I want you to realize these are not real they are very much plastic and made for cosplay. They are cute on but after a while you will have sore spots on your head so get a good fabric headband or material to go underneath to protect your head. All in all the glasses are dope and will pair well with any style steam punk.

So, I wanted to give these 5 stars, but then lens is a much deeper blue than it appears on my monitor. On my monitor, it looks dark teal, but to be fair, that could just be my monitor. These lenses are a deep, cobalt blue. I feel like that took an edge off the authenticity to a degree. The moveable "magnifying" lenses are for show really. They do not enhance the view of anything, but I expected that. They do have to be tightened periodically so they stay put. All in all, a fun item…

Heavy. Feels like I need to be, if not careful when handling them, then at least aware of the potential for them to get bumped, fall, and get "hurt". Good plastic materials. It's the weight that gives me pause. Still, I would buy them again, and probably will in another color(s). Wicked cool looking and FUN!

Overall the quality is good and the the use of common items to create the "Steam punk" look and feel was well done. My only simple suggestion would be to replace the nose bridge with a thick strip of leather, it would provide a more realistic look to a pair of glasses from that period and feel better on the bridge of he nose.

To hell with your social norms, these make me able to walk through downtown Seattle without worrying about people looking at me. I don't care what you think of me, these are AWESOME.

I love it! It is nicely put together, the compass roses are a nice touch for a traveler. I bought this as a gift for my hubs to go with his beautiful leather Steampunk hat. I didn’t rate for comfort because that is not our intent. It will go around the hat band. I believe this is well made and is as sturdy as can be expected. I will get one for myself, once I can decide among the many style choices.

Item arrived and both the blue lenses are really scratched. It fits really comfortable, but I was expecting it to be more sturdy.

These are excellent. They arrived as expected and are good quality. My son loves them and they actually work. the magnifiers arent just for looks. and the lenses are blue. Some reviews said they wouldnt keep dust out of your eyes.but they will. the lenses can be replaced or changed out with different colors as you wish. these are good goggles and could be used in many different ways and they look very cool.

My first order was, unfortunately, missing the magnifying lenses. The ring clamp was there, just missing the lenses. However, Ebay quickly sent a replacement that did have the magnifying lenses.Both sets of goggles that I received were quite nice. The color from the picture is pretty accurate. They looked cool, but I wore them once and they fell apart. I have had to repeatedly fix them. Not worth the frustration. That's my feedback.

The pictures dont really lie exept the head band one. But who cares. As long as it fits right. I have a pretty large head and even bigger when i get done with my ponysuit and im sure it will fit. And to tell you the truth. it works for this old railroad engineer.

Good product for the price. They’re plastic and metal parts, adjustable, and they look convincing and well done even up close. I find them slightly uncomfortable to wear as sunglasses. Ready for the grocery store.

The googles look great. Unfortunately the clip with the double magnifying eye loupes broke within first wear. The clip was very cheap and broke immediately.**updated review- I wrote to the company about the problem and they sent out a replacement clip with the magnifying loupes. Glasses are better than ever.
