I really wanted to cool my house with this air conditioner but after unpacking I found that the exhaust hose is 48 inches long all the way through. With two 90 degree bends, it's not enough to reach the window. I called De'Longhi thinking they were probably selling a bunch of expansions, but to my surprise they weren't. It seems to me an incredible omission. Now I have this expensive and heavy conditioner that I can't use. The De'Longhi service rep didn't care about my dilemma at all and kept telling me the hose was 48 inches long. I was told they have a 30 day return policy if I buy it direct from them, but I had two issues with it. 1) I couldn't repackage it because I had to cut open the box to get it out as it was too heavy to lift and 2) I bought it from Revain. De'Longhi's customer service was terrible but luckily for me Revane came along and got it right. Right now I love Revane and have a very low opinion of De'Longhi.
