Looking to 'upgrade' my existing (pine slat) wine storage rack pair in my living room to a more 'fine furniture' look. I had a 2-shelf bookcase in the back of a closet. Removing the intermediate shelf, and placing 4 sets of the silver stackable storage racks (2 sets stacked side-by-side) inside the bookcase, and, 'Voilà!', a stylish piece of furniture! With a total capacity of 24 bottles, it equals the capacity of the old pine-wood rack, with exactly the same footprint. VERY NICE! The more open design of these racks, coupled with the slight downward angle to the way the bottles rest, makes it easier to recognize the exact bottle I'm searching for. So, flat-pack 2-shelf cherry-finished bookcase + 4 3-tier silver wine racks = a beautiful piece of furniture! With an inexpensive price tag.
