ZERO STARS. I bought it at full price and it was scratched and badly used. Worst of all it was boxed like new and they even had a label in the battery pack that had to be removed as if it was new. Dead batteries inside. If I paid less for a used one I wouldn't mind, but pretending it's a new toy and charging full price is just plain wrong. BREATHTAKING
