If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought it in August 2019. I've used this design before and never had a problem. When I found one at Revain I was excited to buy it even though I thought it was overpriced. I needed it for the first time today. I took it out of the box and tried to drive the pin into the tobacco stick. The wing nut was not tightened. As a last resort, I used pliers to try and tighten the wing nut and it wouldn't tighten around the stem. He kept sliding up and down so he couldn't grab the pole and drive the pin into the wood. I'm mad at myself for not checking it out when I got it. It's very frustrating when you need a specific tool and think you have that tool and you go to use that tool and it turns out to be piece xxxx.
