Beautiful dress size over
I ordered a size 3 for my friend's 3 year old daughter but it was a little tight. But it fits my 2 and 2T perfectly, she wears 2T. It's beautiful so I just left size 3 for my girlfriend and ordered size 4 for a friend. I would recommend getting one size bigger.
