The best thing about this program is that it helps me as well my colleagues get in touch easily without having any hassle or delays from both sides (patient/doctor).

Also I like how easy its interface makes everything clear for everyone who wants information regarding referrals very fast! It has so far been working great since i started using but there are some minor things which could be improved such as not being able to use more than one email account at once time etc., also sometimes you cannot make new notifications unless someone else replies firstly before your notification comes through which can take quite sometime if anyone doesn't reply right away!! Overall though still an amazing tool in itself even after all these issues have come up over times when compared against other similar programs out their. Just go ahead and try them yourself they're worth every penny spent. ! Helps us track down missing files, appointments ect..
