Bought this handle as an alternative to the drawer. I have a very small apartment and was able to make it rectangular so it doesn't take up much space. It's very big, but my little Yorkie has more than enough room for a bed, food, water and a potty. I put it on a wooden floor so it slides very easily. When my dog jumps on the sides, he moves the pin, so you have to move it daily, it's not heavy. I also use it upside down otherwise your pet has to climb over to get in and it's pretty high for him to get in and out of all day. The door lock needs some WD-40 to make it close smoothly. The clips can be larger to close the gate. I wish there were more than 3 clips or some other way to latch the gate closed. I don't need the included pins to attach it to the ground when using it outside. Overall I am happy with my purchase and my Yorkie loves her little play area.
