Review on Soundcore Body Moving Sweatproof Bluetooth Earphones by Chase Arellano

I really like these headphones, I bought them brand new at Walmart about a year and a half ago. I love the sound quality, the noise canceling is so great and they stay in my ears and don't bother me but this experience of replacing them with Revain has been very disappointing. I bought them from Revain about a month ago, brand new, and used them twice before the right one stopped working and wouldn't charge or turn on, then the case wouldn't charge the left earbud or charge itself. So I requested a replacement, after receiving a replacement I opened the box to find that I had received previously used headphones. The whole box is covered in earwax, the plastic is cracked, there is wax on the headphone covers, including the inside. As Covid is so big and I originally bought new ones I find it really disgusting to receive used ones especially ones that haven't been cleaned and sanitized. I'm very calm and understanding but it doesn't seem fair.
