My elderly father has very limited mobility which prevents him from taking regular showers or baths and his feet are always swollen now due to diabetes and limited mobility. Johnson's foot soap really helped BOTH of us. It helped him because it was very beneficial for his legs (while the salt baths seemed to make his legs more sensitive for some reason, even if the skin was intact, perhaps because of the stimulation of the circulatory system). And it helped me reduce his body odor since we realized that most of his body odor was coming from his feet. Whether you are old or not, Johnson's Foot Soap is very soothing for irritated skin, both in the foot bath and in the foot bath. Bath for the whole body. I recommend this product.
