My poor little feet (despite the fact that I soak, brush lightly, rinse and moisturize (almost daily)) just get rough. Running to a pedicure every week or two to get some TLC is just plain impractical (I avoid the most comfortable salons due to the cleanliness/hygiene factor - need I say more?!). A few months later I finally bit the proverbial sour apple. I followed the instructions in the letter (I didn't use the foot lotion for a week although I don't remember the packaging saying I didn't). I soaked my feet a little longer than recommended each day and used a soft cloth to lightly rub my feet. There were signs of skin shedding in the water but I didn't see anything (dandruff) when my feet were dry. Visible peeling began at the end of the 4th day. This continued on days 5, 6 and 7 while the feet continued to be soaked/rubbed. Today is day 8, the peeling has stopped and I can't remember my feet being as soft and smooth as an adult's (that's quite a few years!). The packaging does not specify / limit the frequency. Be sure to try it!
