The most incomplete and poorly written instruction manual I have ever seen. The advertised detection of propane, butane, H2, NH3 and alkanes is not mentioned. to Raven. How can a professional work with a gas analyzer and not know which gases are being monitored? Other examples of my frustration: Man page 5, description of functions "clear" and "save" makes no sense. See page 7, description "Method 1" does not make sense. There is no explanation of how the pump's external interface works or how to use it. That's not all, the more I tried to use the instruction manual the more things started piling up. I tried calling forensic customer service but there is no phone number in the owner's manual, even under customer service. I've tried online to get an improved user guide or other help, but the Forensic website hasn't helped me. I have sent the device back --- I will not waste my time with such an extremely bad user manual.
